Functions of Management 2 Management is your team backbone, the person who delegates and make sure assigned duties get completed correctly. I believe the management system is about the chain of command. The chain of command starts at the employee and works itself up the ladder. Management personnel have a tough job; they are the people that have to organize their duties plus employee duties for the day. They are the people that have to plan the meeting and much more. If you can not keep control of the matter, then you are unorganized and lack planning. We all know that all plans do not function correctly, but if you are organized and have the ability to keep control, then you should be able to reform a new plan and see if that plan is effective.

If you as a manger can effectively keep control of your department or what ever the case may be, then that's how you control your employees. All in all the four basic functions of management is a good way to survive in what ever line of work or profession you may be head of.
