Today's teenager is a busy one. In many cases, the teenager feels she will have little time to themselves if they have the baby. If only they had taken time to think before having unprotected sex or waited until they were married to have sex. An unwanted pregnancy for my fourteen-year-old daughter would result in many hardships for both our daughter and us. These are hardships that we would all have to learn to bare and accept.
I could only hope that in the years to come when my daughter matured she would appreciate that we did not allow her to have an abortion and to bring a beautiful baby that we would all love into the world. Abortion is a very cruel and nasty method of easing a person's burden. The effects to the person having the abortion is serious, but what about the people that love them? God created these babies, how does anyone have the right to make the decision to terminate a life for Him. Just because a newborn baby cannot speak does not make it right or fair. Just because you cannot see the baby does not mean it is not alive.
