The organization began in ten years ago in Deltona. Since that time nine more clubs have opened in Volusia and Flagler Counties. The Clubs serve youth from 6 to 17 years of age, and are open Monday-Friday from 2: 00 p.m. until 7: 00 p.m. with programs that emphasize character and leadership development, education and career enhancement, health and life skills, the arts, sports, fitness and recreation..
