One of which is located in Coshocton, Ohio. Most McDonalds' consist of three main colors blue, yellow, and red. McDonald's has different themes among their many restaurants. However, the main goal is to stick with the main colors throughout the restaurant.

In the Coshocton restaurant there is a country style theme. The inside, outside, menus, and even the workers uniforms relate to each other; they all consist of the main colors dealing with the theme. The interior of the McDonald's has the theme of a country style home. The walls consist of wood panels with a wood strip half way up the wall. The wood strip runs horizontally throughout the restaurant. McDonalds wants to make you as comfortable as possible to ensure the comfort of eating at home.

Wallpaper covers from ceiling to the wood strip. The wallpaper is of a gold color with a diamond pattern. The amount of wood used in Coshocton's McDonald's gives it the very country, homey feel. The country theme reflects our community in the way of our environment. Coshocton County is a very country setting. There is a lot of farming, country style homes, and historical sites.

When customers eat at McDonalds they feel very comfortable taking their families there for a sit down meal with a home setting. McDonalds makes the effort to blend in with the community because by doing so their residents will feel at home. The uniforms at McDonalds consist of a pair of pants, hat, black shoes, name tag, and a polo shirt. Managers at McDonald's wear a light blue dress shirt, a tie of their choice, a pair of blue dress pants, a black hat with McDonald's golden arches emblem on the front, and all employees are required to wear all black shoes. The crew trainers wear a red polo shirt with a yellow pinstripe that runs vertically down the right side, black pants, black hat, their name tag, and their black shoes. The regular crew members wear blue polo shirts with one yellow pinstripe down the right side of the shirt.

It is a must that the crew members wear the black pants, name tag, and their hat. The significance of the uniforms is that they all have the three main colors, and these colors are used to distinguish the rank of the employees. The colors of the uniforms help the customers and new employees in need of assistance. The menus are located behind the counter hanging from the ceiling leaning towards the customers. McDonalds has a wood border that surrounds each section of the menu. On the left side of the menu are the lunch and breakfast items, and on the left are the dollar menu and the desserts.

In the middle are the pictures of the value menus and their prices. The middle menu has a knob that turns the menu back and forth from breakfast to lunch. The menu is divided into many parts; for instance the hamburgers are listed in a roe separately from the chicken nuggets. The menus change from breakfast to lunch at 10: 30 am. The breakfast menu consists of biscuits, English muffin, bagels, McGriddles, Hotcakes with or without sausage, Big Breakfast, Country Breakfast, and biscuits and gravy. The biscuits, muffins, McGriddles and bagels, come with just sausage; bacon, egg, and cheese; sausage, egg, and cheese.

The hotcakes are pancakes and you can either have two or three pancakes with or without sausage. The Country Breakfast consists of two pancakes, scrambled eggs, a biscuit, and a choice of sausage or gravy. The Big Breakfast consists of scrambled eggs, a biscuit, and a piece of sausage. The menus are directly behind the counter because it makes things easier to see and read. The menu is lighted to make them brighter. They have lights behind the menu to make the pictures and the words clear to read.

McDonalds wants things to be clear so there is no dilemma on prices and the items. The wood border that surrounds the menu is there to match the rest of the restaurant and to divide the menu into sections. The significance of the placement of the menu is that the lunch and breakfast items are on the right, the value meals are in the middle, and the drinks and desserts are on the left. As a human being when we read it is from left to right, and that's how McDonalds wants you to order.

When entering Coshocton, you enter onto a bridge from the ramp. Once traveling straight across the bridge, McDonald's is directly to the right making it very easy for travelers to exit the highway for a quick bite to eat. The location is also very noticeable because it is the first source of food seen. This may help in the increase of business. The building is laid out with many different entrances and parking areas for the convenience of the customers. The drive-thru is located in the rear of the actual building.

When exiting the drive-thru you enter the same road in which you exited. Inside the restrooms are located in the back of the restaurant, the play area for young children is located in an enclosed area in the front of the building, and the counter for ordering is located in the center with all the seating areas surrounding. The color, the atmosphere, and the service are very effective in the decision of a customer coming back. Psychological tests have shown that certain colors make people feel different emotions, such as hunger. These are factors that are taken into consideration by the designer. The details that go into making a fast food restaurant successful are more than just the food itself.

Coshocton McDonald's has captured the love and spirit of its residents, and it will continue serving millions across the globe.
