Big 1 Car Rental Agency Airport Manager Minneapolis-St. Paul airport Dear Sir, We are deeply concerned with the level of maintenance that is being performed on the cars your agency is renting to our clients. We have received numerous complaints in the past several months of cars not being serviced properly by your employees. We value your relationship, but in order for this relationship to be a happy one, changes have to be made. As we said before, we have had many complaints in the last few months from clients on the condition of the vehicles they have rented.

It seems like somebody is not completely doing their job. Our latest complaint was by three gentlemen arriving from San Francisco. Two of them were from a company based out of Japan. They were disappointed because the car they rented did not have heat. They had to drive for almost an hour in below freezing weather without the use of the car heater. That is unacceptable and inexcusable.

That was very embarrassing for me personally because I am an acquaintance of the American gentleman. Also because we had visitors from the Far East and we were unable to provide them with a car that did not have something as simple as heat. The bottom line is that changes have to be made. I have informed your corporate office in New York City about these problems and have request that they pay you and your agency a visit. The reason I have asked them to visit your agency is to make sure you and your employees are fulfilling your job obligations to the highest standard. Please keep me informed on any progress.
