Since winning the Bach prize in the International Guitar Competition for Students in Europe in 1987, Andreas von Wangenheim performs throughout Western and Eastern Europe, North America an the Far East. As an active chamber musician, his partners are for example: The Hamburger Symphoniker, the mezzo sopranos Graciela Araya and Cecilia Toledo, The International Guitar Quartet (with Oscar Ghiglia, Stephan Schmidt and Benjamin Bunch) and the Efim Jourist Quartet (Russian Tango). His particular interest in Bulgarian music is demonstrated by his collaboration with the chamber orchestra "Sofia Soloists", the Dimov Quartet (Sofia) and the Bulgarian jazz flutist Theodosii Spassov. For the Bach Year 2000, Andreas von Wangenheim released a CD (Arte Nova, BMG) with his transcriptions of the six suites for cello by J.S. Bach which got excellent reviews internationally.

His next CD to be released in 2002 will contain Divertimenti by Mozart and Haydn. Andreas von Wangenheim teaches at the Music Academy in Karlsruhe. This year he gives master classes in Moscow, Sofia, Seoul and Peking. has performed in concert with the Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra, the Lexington Philharmonic, the Northern Kentucky Symphony, and the Cincinnati Ballet, among others. An avid chamber musician, she has received awards at the Coleman and Carmel chamber music competitions as a member of the Reading Winds. In addition, Jennifer earned the distinction of being the first bassoonist to be named a Yamaha Young Performing Artist. She has participated in numerous summer festivals including the Sarasota Music Festival, the Chautauqua Music Festival and School, the Opera Theatre of Lucca, and the Aspen Music Festival, where she was the winner of the 1998 Wind Concerto Competition.
