The first amendment of the constitution guarantees the freedoms of religion, speech, press, assembly, and petition against the National Government. 2. What is the Establishment Clause? Radio and Television use publicly-owned airwaves-for their broadcasts, therefore, it's controlled by the viewers and listeners.
