Bob Williams 5th hour 10-13-03 When the Second Continental Congress met in May in 1775, things had changed dramatically, now delegates from all thirteen colonies met to appoint a military commander and to raise an army. The congress chose George Washington to build a Continental Army. Washington was veteran of the French and Indian War. This gave him the military experience that New England respected. The happiest day of my life was on the day that I woke up and had pancakes for breakfast. I woke up and had pancakes for breakfast.
I woke up to the soothing smell of hot blueberry pancakes coming from the kitchen. My dad makes great pancakes. After I got done eating I entered a Quake tournament on my computer. I discovered a helpful glitch in the game and used it to my advantage. It made the arena go pitch black.
It was kind of was kind of like flashlight tag except you use rocket launchers. Since I figured out the glitch so quickly and how to use it, I ended up winning the tournament. A little while later I met Caleb at the mall to go see Resident Evil. Since it was rated "R" we had to find someone to take us. After two hours of searching we found two guys that agreed to take us. The movie was great!
We thanked the guys when it was over and went home. I finished the rest of my happy day on my bed sleeping, thinking that this had been one of the happiest days in a long time..
