Transcripts Of War: This is a briefing of the situation and operation initiated by me and Gollumfun. This will most likely be the longest post in the history of the CL forum but I need to add as much detail as possible so that all concerned can know why certain steps were taken. In this post there will be emails as well as other points of interest. None of the emails have been edited in any way and the headers are shown. Later, Gollumfun will post his winners list.

WARNING: Just because you may not see your name on the list does not mean you are trusted. Some names have been omitted to watch certain parties closer. I will also make known several things about me personally and how I do things, it is necessary to explain legal intent under the law as pertaining to an investigation, see Lawyer X for that part. Now I have to start at the beginning and to me the beginning of all of this was the post by Green Panther on how to get a new identity. It has been mentioned that green panther and nigel is one and the same and I do believe this, kind of. I believe if it is not the same person then it is someone working in consort.

So I am saying it straight out right now, Green Panther is someone who bares watching. If I am wrong then I apologize but I don't think so. He posted this info on how to get a new identity and many immediately wanted to know what I thought of it. At that particular time I said nothing but his post struck me as odd and immediately made me careful of him and I will tell you why in a brief moment. But I was then asked what I thought of the method and I simply stated that albeit there was risk it would work. Green Panther then emailed me privately asking immediately what my methods were.

This whole thing has been about what are my methods, why? Before cops can turn a case over to a district attorney to charge or prosecute they have to know how something is done. They have to be able to explain it and thus prove it in doing so, and I am sure Lawyer X will concur with this. They can't relatively charge a case if they do not know methodology, or as most cops say M.O. In short, it is hard to charge someone when you do not know how they operate. Green Panther I believe released this method knowing full well people would want to know what I thought of it, thus giving him an excuse to email me and in a sense, 'talk shop'. He straight out asked me what my methods were and I simply told him that it was not necessary for him to know since his method seemed sound.

If you ever want something from someone the best way to get it is act as if you don't need it. Or act as if you already have it. Green Panther gives away a method for getting a new identity and social security card so therefore if he asked me my methods, why wouldn't I tell him since he already knows or has a method of his own. Get it? You act like you don't need the info or that you are giving info away for free which makes people more inclined to give you some info.

I have not said it before but I will say it now, there is ONE FATAL FLAW WITH GREEN PANTHER'S METHOD. No one else caught it so I stayed quiet about it but it was this flaw that led me to believe there was something else going on here. As we all know the vital statistics offices throughout the united states are trying to now computerize all the records and also cross reference any birth and deaths so that the dead infant method will not work. The u. 's. is smart enough to know many are using this method and the only way to prevent it is to cross reference all births and deaths. This is a process that will literally take years to complete if ever.

The fatal flaw with panthers method is YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO REQUEST THE DEATH CERTIFICATE FIRST AND THEN THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE. With vital statistics offices being computerized now requesting the death certificate will automatically void the birth certificate. You may not get one that has 'deceased's tamped on it but in the central records they will know, meaning one day if you are stopped for a busted taillight and they run that license you got using this method it will cross reference to a dead person and you will go to jail. In a sense by requesting the death certificate FIRST you are actually making the job of the vital statics office of cross referencing all births and deaths easier. By using this method you are actually helping them to determine who is dead and who is using what documents. Fatal flaw.

But I said nothing, I figured there was something amiss and I wanted to sit back and see what would come of it. I kept an eye on Panther and was pleasant to him but always watchful. So then the issue arose of how I do things. People seemed to want to concentrate on how I do things. Well I could not give away certain secrets cause I am always thinking of the protection of my clients.

But somewhere in the process of all the discussion on the forum during that time I made it clear I was not going to reveal any methods. Now I will say this now cause I have already admitted to it before. When I first got to this forum I was asked about and such and I made it abundantly clear, I do not make any documents. In fact I also admitted to not even knowing what a template was or how photo shop worked. I admitted to being a middle man. The client emails me and tells me their needs, if it is all agreeable I take the information and forward it to another party that shall remain nameless and that party procures the items and then forwards them to the client.

I do not make documents and when Phoenix first brought me here and it came up I freely admitted this. I do however tell the client how to get a social card on his own. Nothing illegal about that, just conveying information, and as Lawyer X will verify this is entirely legal. What the client does is his own business. So anyone trying to bust me would be wasting his time, you will only be arresting a middle man who is doing nothing illegal but conveying information. You can check early in my posting when I first got here and you may find the post of me admitting this, no big deal.

So why do people brag about Blackarmor? Why is it my name is the most popular? What makes people swear by Blackarmor? What is Blackarmor's secret?

Now you will know. The secret is simply two words... customer service. It's not a deal with me it's really trying to help people. I answer their questions and I take my time and I call everyone 'my friend'. I try to make each clients needs more important than my own. THIS is the secret to Blackarmor.

It was right there under everyone's nose. It's not about some documents, or some fake id's or any of that, it is simply putting my client first and being patient and working to make the client happy, THIS is why people brag about me. Not anything else. When you come to me and bring me your troubles, your problems become my problems and I work to find a solution so my clients can sleep at nite. This is my secret. If you ask anyone that has dealt with me they will tell you I try to be courteous and help them from beginning to end.

Simple. But some were out on a mission to destroy me cause they were sick of hearing the name of Blackarmor and so to destroy someone you have to know HOW they do it. Enter Nigel. Now let me say this right now, there are TWO Nigels. One is a 13 year old punk kid and the other is a an adult, which is why some of Nigels posts seemed juvenile and others seemed mature. They are two people, one is a punk kid the other is a cop.

Now let me tell you about Insurance Adjuster. HE IS NO COP. Just a wannabe, but in case I am wrong about it then he can prove it right now today. He claims to have accessed the NCIC computer or the national crime information center. He claims as he put in a quote 'his name is all over san joaquin county records, his true name'; . Well, here is your chance to put your money where your mouth is Adjuster.

Simply tell me my name. You have access to the NCIC database and you claim to know all this so then you should know my name since you said its all over the records. Two people on this forum know my true name cause they were setting up offshore accounts for me so if Adjuster can come up with what my name is supposed to be then he is verified. But he will no doubt say one of three things: One, he does not want to hamper and impending investigation or Two, he will claim it is a jurisdictional matter or Three, he does not answer to criminals is what he will say. The fact is we all at one time or another have known someone who dreamed of being a cop. Adjuster tried hard to be a cop but did not make it due to my guess some inadequacies.

It is not like in the u... 's... where anyone can become a cop, in Canada they are really concerned about a potential officers mental status, how they think or react to certain things. Phoenix can verify that in Canada they place a high value on a potential cops psychology and how he thinks. Adjuster did not pass the mental screening. He is a washout and a failure before he even had a chance to get in the door. No he is no cop but wishes and dreams of being one but he knows this will never be. Kind of hard to be a cop when you are a cripple isn't it.

Mad at the world for your frailties and wishing to be a tough guy to prove you can cut it. But I give you one thing, you are closely associated with cops and you have always dreamed of breaking the 'big case' as all cops do. You figure if you did then maybe, maybe you can show the world how viable you are. So you trolled around on this board until you thought you could find a great package, what I mean by package is to be able to walk into the police station and tell the world I did all the work but you can make the bust, here is the info. So you teamed up with Nigel and decided you would make it your life's ambition to get me busted cause you were so jealous of how liked I was and respected. But you could not tie up the package if you did not know how I worked or what my methods were.

This is always the first question any good cop will ask, 'how does he do it?' As Lawyer X will attest you have to know the method to make a case, which is why most hackers who are caught never go to jury trials. Like Kevin Mitnick, he never saw a jury trial cause to find someone guilty you have to be able to tell, in open court, how they do it, and no banks or companies want a step by step description of how someone broke into their system being made public, so a deal is made and this is how it works, you have to know methodology. So they hatched this plan to get Blackarmor. But Nigel is a cop and the best way to get on the board but at the same time not draw too much attention to yourself is to point the finger at someone else.

Hence, when Nigel came to the board he said his contact was questioned by the police. I have never gotten any email from a client saying he was questioned by the police. Many of my clients keep in touch with me long after I help them. And of all the clients I served in the past not one had come to me saying they had problems and believe me my clients come to me if they have any questions or problems.

Later Nigel changed his story and claimed I was a cop. Misdirection is the best method to gain entry into any situation. He is so busy pointing the finger at me that know one thinks to question him. This is what Nigel counted on. Being curious I told Nigel to email me about this matter. I then questioned him about who the client was that was having whatever difficulties.

Then he tells me he needs my help in getting a new identity.

Now logically speaking if I was a cop or under investigation who would want to be buying anything from me or doing anything with me? No he should not, UNLESS he is a cop and using this to get in the door, then it makes sense. I pressure him and tell him I want to know about this client who is supposedly questioned by the cops and he sends me this email next. But they never arrested him.

Im not scared of getting your services cut I dont care if the cops question me I will just plead the 5th and they wont bother me again cut I will never answer any of there questions they will just give up. I bought some stuff from you. I just took notice of the conflict going on counterfeit library and I just have to say my god. you do remember me dont you?

You do admit what you are doing is illegal dont you? If you dont respond to me Ill take it that you in fact do know what you are doing is illegal. I am just wondering that's all At this point I realize they need as Lawyer X will tell you a statement of guilt. Even though they did not have my methodology with a state ment of guilt they can make a case for intent easily. By this time I know there is heat on the board and I am thinking of what DeNiro said in the movie Heat, 'you want to be making moves on the streets have no attachments allow nothing to be in your life that you can't walk out on in 30 seconds flat if you spot the heat around the corner'. Now I look at this email and I am thinking if this was really a past client would they not want me to know their name?

Or would they not mention what they got from me? But if they mentioned that, it would possibly be an entrapment issue which is why he says, 'I got some stuff from you' and he is not specific. But you can clearly see he wants me to give them a statement of guilt. Only a cop will use this trick cause these cases, as I am sure Lawyer X will verify are difficult to pursue solely cause you have to be able to prove who you are dealing with and it is hard to do that when you are dealing over the internet and not directly contacting someone, of course all of this has changed with the presidents new bill signed into law last Friday but this was the motive.

They sent me various emails posing as clients trying to get me to sell them something so that they could experience the 'Blackarmor Process'; and thus know my methodology. Or M.O. and yes they sent me 7 emails from various addresses trying to get me to procure a set of documents for them. I turned them all down so then the logical assumption to them was I can't really deliver what I claim. The fact is I have helped many people I just turned them down cause I was aware it was them.

I mean logically how could I know to turn down all seven 'clients' unless I knew something was funny. There is a method I use that I will not go into now but it has served me well in determining who to deal with and who not to and in all of their emails they made one fatal mistake so it as easy determining which emails were there's, I will one day divulge this information but for now lets just say with a bit of backwards engineering you can determine who someone is. That is how I knew to turn down all of their emails. Oh by the way, I did send a return email to that above address, I simply hit the reply button but it bounced back an hour later so this was more proof something fishy was amiss. By this time me and Gollumfun were in daily conferences talking about what we were going to do.

It became obvious there was heat on the forum. But we were not truly sure if it was heat or just the jealous stupidity of a minor few. And if you don't want to bother answering this email, I'll live with it just as well as you will... it's up to you. I'm writing because I'm interested in what you do, in a very generic sense. I don't care that you do it, I don't care where you get the stuff you get, I don't care who you do business with. I'm just interested in the business you " re in and would be interested in whatever you'd be willing to tell me about it. I don't do investigations into these kinds of things (right now I'm a patrol supervisor and I used to work narcotics, but I really have no interest in working 'paper " crimes).

I'm a bit of a computer geek and I have only a limited amount of knowledge in the workings of creating new identities... and being a curious type, I'd like to know more. It's up to you to talk to me or not, the little I've read from you on some newsgroup I was just looking through makes you seem like a reasonable guy. Anyway, the name's on the email and I work for the Willits Police Department in California, 707-459-6122 (if you'd like to check and see that I'm really who I say I am). They " ll tell you I work there, but our policy would be not to tell you much more than that... well, they would probably also tell you I'm a sergeant in charge of the swing shift, butI think that's it.

I have no interest in finding out who you 'really " are or where you are - I am prepared to completely respect your privacy and I'm hoping that by being as honest with you as I have, you " re able to believe that. Mike Ok so I got this email and the man is saying he is a cop. And again you see he wants to know my methods, how I do things, he promises he does not care who I really am or where I am. At this time we went into action high gear all the way. I contacted another member of the forum who has some very special encrypted cell phones and he called and asked for this guy and you know what we found out? He was a real cop who was on training and away from the precinct for a few weeks while in training.

I see pure entrapment here. But one thing is for certain, the question of whether there are cops on the forum is answered, but I realized one thing immediately, we were never supposed to talk to this guy, he was conveniently on some training exercises so what does that mean? That means someone put up his name for us to verify that he was a cop but not actually talk to him and all this meant to me was that only another cop would know that this cop was going to be away at training and not accessible by phone. This instantly made me realize that whoever this guy was did not really send this email but it came from another cop who did know this guy and want to use his name but not reveal who he was.

This would make a legal bust if I went for it, meaning if I thought I was talking to this Scofield cop and we had an understanding that he was not trying to bust me but just get info and I was not really talking to this Scofield cop then anything I said would be used as intent or to make a case. You see what I am getting at? He says I just want to know how you do things and some general info is all he says he wants but if I am not truly talking to this cop but someone else and I give this info it is not entrapment but a good bust, (again refer to Lawyer X for technical's). So we know we got heat and let me say this right now for all to understand, my definition of cop is this: A cop is not only someone with a badge, a cop can be anyone who cooperates with cops, or provides information to cops freely knowing it will result in someone getting busted, anyone who is sympathetic to cops is in my book a cop. So even thought Adjuster is no real cop in the sense we are all familiar with, he is still a cop in that he believes and lives for that So we got heat.

I see whoever this is is interested in where I am. Now I will be the first to say this, I truly live in France and am a citizen of that great country. There is a person on this forum who wanted to do business with me who actually traced my IP address and knows I was in France. This person wanted to do a deal and they did not feel comfortable with anything french so out of paranoia they ran an IP trace, I am not in France now and only two people on this forum know where I am and in fact I think one person said it but no matter. I was once told by a respected member of the forum that this business is like war and you must protect yourself at all times. This is true in all respects, so at some point these geniuses realized busting me would be pretty hard to do, so they decided on the next best thing, smear campaign.

But of course we had to give them what they thought was ammunition so thru a series of chats, with Gollum we planted some info. We had to, Gollum was talking to a cop and now that should be obvious, a cop who was not too smart but not too dumb either. So Gollum told him simply he got nothing from me. Now whether or not Gollum actually got something from me for legal reasons I cannot confirm or deny that but I did not pay him for any reviews, read between the lines. We talked about it amongst ourselves and we knew that once they realized busting me was going to be hard if not impossible the only recourse left was to try to shut me down with misinformation. So Gollum and I decided our reputations would take a beating but people who really knew us would figure out the truth.

We tried to get word to Phoenix of our plan but he was out of town and having coffee with Grinch so we knew we were on our own with this one. Gollum and I talked on the phone for about one hour and it basically came down to, go on this mole hunt and expose these assholes or people we like and care about would get caught in the crossfire. We opted to in act the plan and hope whatever damage was done to our reps would be repairable. Grinch was given all the info and told to get it to Phoenix as a brief of the operation. We disappeared from the forum and it was not long before Adjuster was posting to everything trying to be the big man. All the respected members quietly slipped away and were off the forum, we warned a few people who we cared about to stay off the forum and we just sat and waited, one thing we could count on was Adjusters arrogance and stupidity.

Sure enough he told what he thought was accurate intel but was not, it was what me and Gollum planted. Why? We did this because we knew about Nigel and Panther and Adjuster but we were hoping this manu ever would draw out any more we did not know about. I must say now it is my fault that Triplesinner got put on the list of people that we potentially thought were cops.

I take full for that accusation. I say nothing behind anyone's back that I cannot say to their face, so Triple, I owe you an apology and I am truly sorry for placing you on that list of people we thought were cops. It happened like this, once I was getting emails from clients who were really Adjuster and Nigel during the midst of all of this Triple emails me saying he needed a. I thought this was incredibly suspicious cause he just had gotten reviewed for his own documents.

He had a review of his birth certificate so I am sitting here thinking if he has his own, why does he want me to broker a deal for him, unless of course he is working with the cops trying to bust me. Looking back on it now you can see how it was a logical pattern of thought that made absolute sense. But I was wrong, I just hope Triple is big enough to accept my apology. He wanted to broker a deal thru me for other reasons, reasons I know of now that make his whole request innocent but at the time it looked a certain way. All we wanted to do was protect the board, again Triplesinner you have my deepest apologies. I hope we can still be friends.

Now if you notice once we returned Nigel was pretty quiet. Adjuster was still loud mouthed but that was because of sheer arrogance and not wanting to look like he was wrong he continued to preach his crap, Nigel as I said quietly's linked off. Phoenix was brought up to speed on our plan and approved of it, we felt bad for acting without his initial knowledge but again we moved only to protect the board. Phoenix had his email shut down and that was not an accident. I believe that certain parties know us to stay in contact and wanted to make it hard for us to see what was going on with Phoenix, effectively by locking him out of his email address, someone took him out of the game or was trying to do this.

I believe this was done by Adjuster. Strange things have happened on the board of late and I think we can all agree on why now, the only other occurrence I will remark on is Mr. X. He was forced out of the business but that is all I can say on this for now and maybe this will be a future briefing and yes, certain assholes were responsible for it. Snitching to me is the same as being a cop cause that is the second thing cops do... snitch, they are born snitches and this is how they operate. What is the bottom line of all of this? Fake Banker said in a way Adjuster and the cop won cause no one is operating now, well that is true to a degree. The only thing that has changed with me is I am only doing passports, and in fact I have made a new deal so I can get the passports in one week instead of the 6 to 7 weeks that it used to take and now my clients can request a passport from a specific country or from a list of countries.

No, I have no u. 's. passports, so I figure and I could be wrong but I figure if they are not u. 's. passports then there is nothing a u. 's. cop can do, but again I would have to check with Lawyer X on this but I am pretty sure it would not be a u. 's. jurisdiction thing. So this is all I plan on doing and of course continuing to advise clients and help with information. I wish to apologize to all on the forum, and what me and Gollumfun put you thru. We had to do it to try to weed out an element dangerous to us all. There are people on here I care about and wanted to protect.

People that have helped me and been good friends, Grinch, Gollumfun, Agassi, Mucin, Phoenix and many others, and to those that helped us in the background during this mole hunt, thank you, I will not say your names now but maybe later, you know who you are. I believe we should think of a new forum one where it is possible to control who gets access and one without Nigel, Panther or Insurance Adjuster. There are others that bear watching and that is an area Gollumfun will address in his portion of this operation. Thank you.
