Having a private practice may be the best ting that a pediatrician can do, but it is very expensive to set up a private practice and it may take years to plan. Many pediatricians prefer to work in a hospital and have their own little room to check on children. The room the doctor works in may be different according to how much money the hospital has to give to each doctor. Being in science clubs and studying in science related classes give students opportunities to explore many different areas of medicine and it gives them a greater understanding in hot to work with other students. Helping out and "volunteering for activities in hospitals or institutions also help students learn to deal with others while providing the chance to see many aspects of medical care in actions.
