Monopoly prescription drug racket goes global with push from Bush Administration, Pharmaceutical companies. This article reflects on both pricing and distribution. Both this article and facts gathered; show that a monopoly is being created between pharmaceutical companies. This monopoly is being formed by the Bush Administration and the US pharmaceutical companies.

They are preventing the United States and other countries from importing lower costing drugs from countries that have lower costing medications, such as Canada. For example, the United States won't import drugs from Canada because of a propaganda that was shown on dateline news. The Bush Administration is forming trade agreements with countries over seas that would make it illegal to import cheap drugs from other countries. It is all a trick for the U. S republicans to control the drug market and snatch everyone's last dollar. The US pharmaceutical companies strongly back this political play c laming they are "protecting the health of American consumers" when in reality, they are protecting their own distribution lines by taking out any competition. They want control over all drug supplies and distribution channels.

The article points out that they want to be able to continue importing prescription drug ingredients from Europe for 1/1000th the cost, and then turn around and sell these drugs to US consumers at markups that exceed 50,000%, 100,000% and even 500,000%. This demonstrates that pharmaceutical companies will do anything for money. This has contributed to the wealth our country has today, because big profits can be made like this. The very last thing they want to see is a free market; instead they want a monopolistic control over all drug supplies and distribution channels. As far as pricing and distribution goes in the drug market they will control both the pricing and distribution aspects of the market.
