I am a student in Taiwan. I study English and Spanish there. I have never study abroad, but I am very proud of my English. I win almost every competition of English in Taiwan but last time I LOST. I am not flinch from speaking the truth... That day other participants whose pronounciation or speaking ability were not as good as mine, they got the prize.
I GOT NOTHING! My tear ran out of my eyes in mediately as I left the hotel where the competition took place. My head was full of the idea "UNFAIR.".. My mom [She is not that kind of mother who comfort children by telling a lie] felt strange, too. I don't know why... maybe I am not as good as I think... After that competition I am very depressed, I have no interest to study English, I feel i am a fool.
Day after day I still insist not to touch English, but being a student now I still have to. My classmate suggested me to chat on line with other people in English. It sounds very exciting, why don't I give it a try instead of being depressed all day. Tha day, I met Kay.
