Deadly Unna? Essay Topics 1.) I would not agree that Australians society is divided. For example in the Alice Springs there is both indigenous and white people living in the area. There is not one side of Alice Springs for the Aboriginals and the other side for the white people.

There is some people that believe that Aboriginals should leave and live in western Australian away from the cities. Some want them to leave all together but the truth is that Europeans took the land from the Aboriginals in the beginning. So it's the white people that should respect the Aboriginals and let them live wherever they want but in some cases that is not how it is! 2.) The role of football towards Australian society is very big.

In small towns football is much more important. It keeps the town together especially in small towns. It's a time of belonging. A place where the team all help each other to do the best they can. A place where all your home worries and the drought are put to rest while you barrack for your town. A chance to rub it in to the opponent if you win.

But most importantly it is the place that you go to to socialise with the people and become friends! 3.) Gary black says "Hopeless but not gutless. Your reputation services". Just before Thumper would run him flat down to the ground he would move out of the road minimizing any chance of damage because at that speed the Thumper could be serious damage.

4.) On the surface Deadly Unna is characterised by humour and caricatures. But in depth lies how these characters relate to each other. Blacky and Pickles are completely the opposite from each other but still Blacky is Pickles friend. Pickles is very messy, has poor hygiene while doesn't have showers or clean himself, has a hyper sexual imagination (always saying things that he did down at the bushes with some girl), hates the aboriginals and Darcy and only thinks of himself.

Blacky on the other hand is caring, likes to help out, friends with Dum by Red (Aboriginal) and is not a gutless wonder even though his Dad says he is all the time.
