Tate wrote a book about diplomacy in the Pacific and the relationship between America and Hawaii. NrKumah, the son of the first President of Ghana, was the next speaker. He had the vision for the Center of Pan African Culture and History. The main project in this center was the preservation of books.
Established in 1985 by Ghana as a symbol to Dubois and everyone interested in the rights of blacks. DuBois was called the father of Pan African ism. The main concept was that Africans everywhere share the same goals.
