Arnold Schwarzenegger is a good example of what one can accomplish if goals are set and definitely has shown a multitude of good leadership qualities. He exudes self-confidence, stands firm to what he believes in, and is forever pushing his own limits. Then he decided to set his sights on being an actor and he has certainly proven himself in that arena with all of his successful major motion pictures. After all of his accomplishments thus far, he set his sights on being the governor of California, and he won. One cannot say that he is not adaptive, another good quality of a leader. Even though he had no political experience, background in law, or knowledge of the political system, he was elected governor, earning nearly 3.4 million votes! Arnold possesses a kind of charisma that you can't learn; you have to be born with it.
He has the undeniable ability to rally support by just being Arnold. He was attacked by the media, but instead of denying their accusations, he admitted his mistakes and owned up to his shortcomings, exemplifying integrity.
