this is the story of huck le berry fin. there was a man and he went to a country where he loved to be it was the prettiest country he had ever seen in hid life and one day a man came up to him and was asking all kinds of questions and all the sudden the an started yelling at him. Huck started running but was ent able to get away from him the man caught him and threw him to the ground. just when he thought all was lost his buddy tom sawyer came along to help him. He tackled the guy and they both ran away as fast as they could. They both went back to the nears t town where they slept the rest of the night. When they awoke the next morning they had to return the gold that they had buried out in the woods so they went back out to find it. When they arrived the gold had already been dug up and there was no sight of anyone.
They went back to the town and told the local police what had happened. the police man asked where they had gotten the gold and they told him that hicks grandfather had left them with it to watch. The police man said they arrested someone last night in the woods with a bag full of gold so Huck and Tom collected there gold and went back to there cabin when they arrived someone had already been there they pulled out a gun and shot tom in the arm and grabbed the gold and ran Huck ran after him his hardest trying to catch up with him. Huck caught up with him and said who are you and why do you want to kill me and my friend and the man said no reason except I need this gold your grandfather owed it to me. Huck said who are you and why did he owe you gold. He said im your Dad huck and my dad is a swindler he's told money from me and cashed it in for gold.
Huck said you cant be my father my father is dead. He said no I am come on lets go make sure that Tom is ok. Then we can go get something to eat and talk things over!! !
