The Political Ideology of the Nazi Party The Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei (Nazi for short), is a party which is based upon policies and doctrines from the National Socialist German Worker's party. Germany was ruled by Adolph Hitler from 1933-1945 under this ideology. Nazism combines some socialist concepts, racism, and extreme nationalism. It was formed under the opposition to democracy by the German Worker's party, led by Gottfried Feder.
Nazism pushes racial inequality and adherence to the leader. Some races are superior while others are inferior and this ideology believes that they should be separated. The superior race was that of the German "Aryan" race, while blacks and Jews were considered inferior. The superior are meant to govern the inferior and interracial marriages or relationships only brought down the superior race.
Strength and discipline are very important within this ideology. Nazi's blamed Jews for Germany's humiliation regarding the Treaty of Versailles. They believed that the race should be eradicated. Hitler came to power touting this idea of creating the perfect race. He started to enact this idea in the 1930's by killing as many Jews as possible (although he did kill more than just Jews) in concentration camps and any other way he found fit. Nazism was not only practiced in Germany.
It was also practiced or affiliated with in many other countries like Austria, Czechoslovakia, and France. And this is the poli cal ideology of the Nazi party which ruled in Germany during World War II. What they did was awful, and should never be forgotten. But we must always remember that just because Nazi's were German, it does not mean the all Germans were Nazi's!
