Bo won the Heisman award in football and will be the number one draft pick in the NFL. But the problem is, Hugh Culverhouse of the Buccaneers wants to draft him. Bo doesn t like Culverhouse at all, so he tries to make Culverhouse trade him. Culverhouse won t do it. Culverhouse also messed up Jackson's college baseball career. He called Bo up for a physical and said it was perfectly legal under the college baseball rules.

But it wasn t legal. Bo ends up being kicked off the baseball team and ruins his hopes for a top draft pick. 3. Solution Bo wants to do what his favorite sport is. Not what the people want him to do or what he d make more money at.

So Bo picks baseball. But he doesn t know what baseball team and he knows it will be tough to join a team when he didn t play his senior year of baseball. Bo starts to visit many baseball clubs. He eventually visits the world champions (1986.) That team is the Kansas City Royals.

Bo really enjoys the Royals and would really like to join them. The Royals would like for him to join also. They understand what happened to him his senior year of college baseball. The Royals know Bo is still good and could use his help. So they sign him on to the team and make it known that Bo is going to pla baseball. There's still one problem.

Bo misses football although he likes baseball better. What happens is the Tampa Bay Buccaneers don t think Bo is ever going to play football so they drop him to other teams in the draft pick. The other teams eventually drop him too until it gets to the Los Angeles Raiders. The Raiders still believe Bo might like to play football. They contact Bo about playing with them and work out a deal.

When the baseball season ends Bo is going to play football with them. Summary Bo lived with his mother and seven other brothers and sisters in a three-room house on a dirt road from the outskirts of the town called Raymond, Alabama. Bo had many difficulties growing up. His father wasn t married to his mother and didn t live with Bo and his siblings. Bo's mom didn t have very much money at all. She worked as a motel-room cleaner and worked very hard at the job.

She eventually made enough money to buy a house in town. She was the hardest working person Bo said he ever met. Bo started to play sports when he was entering junior high. The sports he mainly played were football, baseball, and track and field.

He was one of the best at all of them. He continued to play these sports into college. He quit playing track and field but still played the other two sports in college. Bo won the Heisman Award his senior year in college and was the second person to win the Heisman for Auburn. He went on to play baseball with the Kansas City Royals and eventually started his football career with the Los Angeles Raiders. Bo is said to be by many people the best athlete there ever was.

In my mind he's also one of the most generous people there ever was and is. He spends a lot of time with kids that have been abused before and he donates a lot of money to charities.
