At 15 1/2, you can get a special permit to drive with a legal guardian, but if you break a traffic law you a reconsidered an adult. But at 16, you can get your own drivers license.
If you are under 18 and even at age 12, you can be considered an adult if you commit a serious crime, such a skilling, drug related. rape, repeated offenses, or stealing a car.
