PHIL 316 February 20, 2002 One bright early morning at around 7: 00 a.m. I woke up. After waking up I proceeded to use the restroom then took a shower. After showering I then ate breakfast then began to brush my teeth and got dressed for school. Finally, I was done with my morning routine and then I headed out for my day at school. On my way to school I followed the speed limit to avoid getting a ticket.

When I got to school I proceeded to go to my first class which is Sociology. When class was let out I went to the quad where I smoked a cigarette and did home work for my classes for the next day. Then at approximately 12: 00 p.m. I met up with my friend Tonya then we walked to our next class, Theatre, which we had together. While in our Theatre class we joked around and criticized different movies, and the bad acting in several of those movies. When that class ended my friend Tonya and I decided to got to the mall.

When we got to the mall we parked at the food court so we could get something to eat at Chick-Fil-A after our long day at school. On the way walking to Chick-Fil-A we decided to stop at Abercrombie and Fitch, our favorite store. While in Abercrombie and Fitch I saw this really fine outfit but I only had enough money on me for me to eat that day. So my friend told me that I should just steal it so I could wear it when we went out that weekend. But I knew better I knew it would be wrong so I decided we should just leave and go eat and I would go back and get the outfit once I had enough money for the outfit on me. After we ate we decided to leave the mall.

While I was bringing her back to her vehicle another friend of mine, Kenny, called. He called to invite me over before work because he was going to be cooking and few people were going to go over. So I told him I would but I had to go home and get dressed for work before I went out there to meet them. I then went home and got dressed for a long night at work. After I took my shower and got dressed I left and went to Kenny's. Kenny had a craw fish boil.

Well naturally as every Cajun knows you must drink beer with your craw fish but I knew I shouldn't because I had to go to work in a few hours. But everyone kept telling me it was okay, no one would notice if I just had a few beers. So obviously I did get pressured into it and I had a few beers with everyone. After we were done eating it was then time for me to go to work so I left. When I got to work my manager told me if I could beat the high ring for my register that night then I would be able to choose my own schedule for the next week.

So naturally I tried my hardest to beat my high ring not only to make my schedule but also to please my manager and get in her good graces. I also tried my best to please all of my customers because in pleasing my customers and making them satisfied means more money for me. (Because I pretty much just work for tips.) While I was working I had one of my regular customers come wobble up to me and asked if I could let him borrow any money for a taxi because he had a few too many drinks to be able to drive home that night. So I gave him like ten dollars because I didn't want him to get out on the road and drive and maybe hurt himself or even someone else. Finally, the night was over after I finished doing all my closing work it was about 3: 30 a.m. So I decided it was definitely time for me to go home so I could get maybe a few hours of sleep before my long day at school the next day.

I made it home safely and fell asleep right away. THE END! 1. On my way to school when I followed the speed limit I was in stage 4.2. When I went to school I was in stage 1, because I wanted to avoid the chain of punishments of not going to class.

3. I didn't steal at Abercrombie and Fitch because I knew better and I was in stage 4.4. Kenny and friends gave my peer pressure to drink therefore I was in stage 3.5. When I went to work I was in stage 1, because I wanted to avoid the punishment of not going.

6. When I tried my hardest to beat my high ring I was in stage 2.7. When I tried to please customers for better tips I was in stage 2.8. When I was at work and the guy asked me for money to get a taxi I was in stage 5.9. I went straight home to sleep after work to avoid the punishment of being tired the whole next day I was in stage 1.
