Lyrics By Marilyn Manson example essay topic

In all 6 (I think) of his other CD's, Manson was just a weird psychopathic freak. NOT Satanic, everyone thinks that this man worships the devil. He doesn't. If you listen to his lyrics, he just believes that god does not exist (Demonstrated in the song, Post human). He thinks that people get all worked up about doing what the bible asks, although the bible has never even been proved to be true.

The weirdest part about this CD is that he isn't all punk, and also Manson wrote most of the songs, himself. That's a change since his second CD, which was totally written by Nothing Records. When he writes his own stuff again, suddenly his whole style is changed. He goes from mental psycho-freak to a guy who just talks about space, and how unfriendly everyone in the world is to each other (Song: I want to disappear). He also talks about all of his new changes like in songs like New Model 15. He still is strange, and he thinks that since he is so weird, he must be watching from the outside or some weirdo hypothesis like that, as demonstrated in most of his songs (Coma White, Fundamentally Loathsome, Mechanical Animals, Great Big White World, and Disassociative) He also agrees that he has a drug problem (I don't like the drugs but the drugs like me!) The last thing that he talks about in his songs is that a lot of stuff can go wrong in your life, but yesterday has VERY LITTLE effect on tomorrow, (Like in one of my favorite songs, The Speed of Pain) I would do some more analysis on the actual Music on this CD, but it was all done by the pros at Nothing Record, and was just merely written, along with lyrics by Marilyn Manson.
