Man and woman maintain a different position in the third world countries every day's life. In the household man is the dominant person. All the actions in the house revolve around them. The woman is treated as the housekeeper and object that serves the man of the house.

Their relationship is based on the way their ancestors lived and they don't believe in modernization. In India the man play a dominant role in the household. They get all the attention they need from the woman. Their food is brought to them on the trey and house is clean when they come home from work. The duty that man performs is working, reproducing, and just being there as a pawn. They don't perform their mans duties all the time.

They know that no matter what they will still be treated the same because that's the way it should be. I don't think any man wonted to change anything about their life style. It was all because they where satisfied with that life that they had. Woman was like a second-class citizen.

They have no life what so ever. They lived to serve their husband, and have children. The only thing they had was a dream. It was obvious that the lifestyle is not going to change. They did not see anything wrong with being a servant for their husband, but what they wonted to change was the relationship itself.

By that I mean that it would not be considered normal for them to be hit or pushed around. All of them knew that nothing is changing for them so they did not do anything about it. In India there are fixed marriages. Parents of the daughter find a family who is willing to marry their son and take her in their family. Basically nit her men of we man have no say in who they are going to merrier.

What are the chances that they will be happy. There is a smaller chance of that happening then wining the lottery. So man and woman of that country both knew that there is no point even trying to change something that's impossible.
