Obtaining an MBA degree is been always one of my very important lifelong learning goals. After earning my Bachelor degree eight years ago, I have always been looking for the right moment to start my MBA program. I believed that continuing education will enhance my professional knowledge and bring up the level of confidence to handle difficult and varies situations. Getting a higher education will not only giving me greater vision on decision making, setting team goals but also improving my communication and presentation skills. Going back to school will help me to start my learning program in a more systematic means and I always believed that I would learn better and work harder if I am under pressure. Career advancement is another important goal for me to earn an MBA degree.

As today's marketplace evolves and becomes increasingly complex, many employers are choosing to balance their need to retain good employees with their need to fill managerial positions with candidates possessing advanced-level knowledge and skills. Even though a MBA degree program does not always guarantee my career of success, but earning an MBA degree can prepare me to move into a managerial position within my professional field. Although there is much to be learned from on-the-job training, and employers certainly value work experience. However, an MBA program will put me on the fast track to career advancement by offering me the chance to develop a wide range of general business knowledge and a broad base of technical skills. An MBA program can also give me the opportunity to explore my career options, and then provide me with the training I need to change careers entirely.

I truly believed that earning an MBA degree jointed with my excellent job performance track record should make me an excellent candidate for the management position. Networking is also a very important key benefit of going to Business school. Business school teaching styles encourage teamwork, and over the course of an MBA program, we will develop important relationships that can serve us well throughout our business career. And no matter the school, we can often get plugged into a network of alumni working at a wide range of companies. This is useful for mentoring, job searches, and professional contacts.

In conclusion, my intention of earning an MBA degree is to develop a diversity of experiences, to network with a range of people, to accept new and challenging assignments, and to set and achieve personal lifelong learning targets. I believed that I have made a sound decision of enrolling in the MBA program.
