I saw your ad in the Highline Times and it caught my attention right away. I'm very interested in this job because it will further help develop my skills as a carpenter. I'm currently enrolled at Seatac Occupational Skills Center located in Normandy Park. There I'm taking there construction course, with instructor Tom Brad rick. In this class we built a 1500 sq ft modular house.

In this class I have learned how to use many tools used by a carpenter, like the skill saw, nail gun, jig saw, and many other tools used by a carpenter. I have very good attendance, last year I only misted 3 day in the school year. I have a good attitude and always ready to work. I'm also a good listener. Thank you for considering me for the job as part-time construction helper.

You can reach me at (206) 246-6578 or by e-mail at terry ward @ hot mail. com. I'm looking forward to hearing back from you. In this first year I have really learned the concept of building a house. I have learned how hard it really is to keep every thing on track, to deliver the house on time. I have also learned how to be responsible. I have also learned that a boss isn't only looking for a good worker but some one who will be on time and wont leave early.

I have learned the definition of a teamwork, working together as a team and not putting each other down, but trying to bring their spirits up. Sincerely, Jerry ford.
