Abstract My personal strengths and weaknesses will focus on 24 years of experiences in the working environment, personal life, and my learning team. I seem to be one of those individuals that believe that they do not have any weaknesses. The following areas will identify my strengths and weaknesses at home and at work: Home Some of my strengths are: (1) I am very creative when it comes to doing repairs around the house.

(2) Have good communications with the family on a social and a spiritual base has help keep our relationship strong. (3) It takes a lot of strength to provide for a family -- - what I really mean is that you must plan for everything that may impact your family currently as well as in the very near future i. e., school, finances and health related issues. Some of my weaknesses are but not limited to: (1) not listening to all the facts when talking to with my family. There seems to be some blind spots when addressing certain personal issues in my life that I need to work on. (2) Fast to provide an answer without waiting on all the facts.

Work Some of my strengths are: (1) good interaction personality with my team when identifying system requirements and other personal issues. (2) Possess over of twenty-four years of experience in the computer industry with a background in installation, testing, and maintenance of IBM and Unisys operating systems, including applications programming, systems analysis and customer support. (3) Work history includes 12 years in a supervisory capacity, managing as many as 23 IT professionals. (4) Very strong skills in project management responsibilities for example, requirements planning; manage the project budget, schedule resources, and provide presentations.

Some of my weaknesses are: (1) fast to provide an answer without waiting on all the facts. (2) Trying to do more when I know there's not enough time to complete multiple action items. (3) Not applying patients when addressing certain issues. Try to apply some patients when dealing with certain people that may not have the knowledge base that I am looking for in a given area. Overall, I must give people a chance to provide the value added I am looking for.
