Carl must also find out if there are any procedures in place to reserve the training lab. If there is no procedure in place, suggest that the IT Department put a separate calendar on the company Intranet to allow the employees to see when the training lab is available and to make reservations. The calendar will help to prevent overbooking the room in the future.
