The school is a professionals-producing learning institution. Its chief concern is to see to it that productive and efficient learning is taking place. In order to realize this very objective, teachers or educators must identify some existing factors that affect the teaching and learning process. These common factors are classroom problems and are usually characterized by the pupils' individual differences. It is widely known that no individuals are exactly alike. Particularly in school, students differ from each other physically, emotionally, intellectually, and socially.

There are students who are fast learners and some others are considered slow learners. they differ physically because some are either quite small or big for their age aside from being beautiful or handsome. There are also students who at their young age show signs to be future leaders of our country and ever ready and willing to learn from their mistakes. Meanwhile some of them try to isolate themselves because of their shyness. Therefore, every student is a unique individual. So to speak, teachers are the basic, if not the most important tool for the learning process in school.

They are likewise the unsung heroes of our society. However, no matter how effective are our teachers in the learning process, they would encounter most common classroom behavior problems. These problems sometimes interrupt if not hinder the smooth flow of classes. These even bring inconveniences both to the teachers and to the students. Classroom behavior problems generally affect the learning process.

These affect negatively the students towards their acquisition of academic skills that may result to their poor performance in school. Classroom behavior problems need to be explored because it could signal that something worst may happen. Thus, early intervention and application of solutions to most common classroom behavior problems are very essential.
