Macbeth was at first a noble loyal friend to the king Duncan but turned into conniving killer as he experiences more slayings. Life threw many decisions at MacBeth he decided to kill to gain his prestige instead of being content what he had already, this is what made him an out of control cold blooded murderer. "MacBeth was a tyrant, a blood thirsty murderer, who was totally out of control", Greed or "vaulting ambition" took a hold of MacBeth and made him oblivious to the known facts. Becoming the Thane of Candor, having a loving wife, and a wonderful castle made MacBeth's life great. His life was going steady but his greed over took him and he gave into it sending him self in to a downward spin, want to much power. Killing the king was a very hard task that lead MacBeth to start a domino effect resulting in more killings to stay in power.
He continued to struggle and eventually found out that his life in power would not last forever as people began to turn against him. MacBeth became a thoughtless bloodthirsty murderer, as it was all the only thing he could think of that, would keep him in power. He had to continue to murder person after person to prevent blame being declared on him. The murder of Duncan, was no doubt the hardest, because it forced MacBeth to betray loyalty to his friend, who had done nothing but good for him in the past. Figuring that one murder would be simple enough MacBeth was able to perform the task with the thought of power being more important then what would he had to loose, but what Macbeth didn't suspect was that he then had to murder the kings grooms just In case they witnessed his deed.
As the tale progresses along MacBeth's people started to turn against him and fear him, knowing something wasn't quite right. Most of his country men were afraid to say anything, because they knew they would be slayed and they knew Macbeth was blood thirsty tyrant. Ruling harsh and with an iron fist Macbeth lived up to every bit of expectation a tyrant is supposed to. Loosing control of himself MacBeth could not stop murdering he murdered some of his best acquaintances and was completely out of control. Killing off his companion, Banqou truly showed he was out of control and would kill anyone that gave weakness to his power even his best friends. During the play MacBeth shows numerous qualities of a out of control, blood thirsty butcher.
MacBeth's eventual death resulted in many people feeling safe again and eased the stress in the kingdom. Promising to do better and to protect and bring peace to the land Malcolm took over his rightful throne. MacBeth's thirst for blood grew and seemed like a runaway train that would eventually murder everyone who threatened him. Having greed blind him when he should have been contempt with his position and life as it was. Everything MacBeth had done have been avoided but was not, because he was to corrupted with power and "vaulting ambition" to realize. Slaying his own friends and countrymen without second thought proved MacBeth was an out of control blood thirsty murderer, who would " ve likely killed off his whole country if he wasn't laid to rest.
