The time was about 9: 00 am and you could see that one of the towers was smoking. Then another one hit the second building. I didn't know what to think. We just stared at the T.V. Then The screen changed after a while to the Pentagon.
It turns out that it had been hit by a plane also. I wondered if another plane was going to come at us. I was scared. I think that everyone was.
The screen then went back the the World Trade Center. The first one was crashing down to the ground. Then the second one. I thought to myself, how many people were in those buildings when they fell?
How has 9/11 effected you? 9/11 frightened me in alot of ways. I'm aff riad to go on plane because of 9/11. I can't visit my relatives that are far away because it takes a plane to get there. I'm also afraid to go anywhere on vacations.
There could be a terrorist attack on it because there is alot of people in one place. And it is very easy to bomb a small place with a whole bunch of people. We have to have a new drill in school if there is a terrorist in the school. You are checked with alot of new and exact gadgets that checked all of your luggage and your pockets. The prices have even come down on trips to places by boat, plane, and buss. But that still can't get me to go on one.
There was alot of reports on the news about 9/11 every hour. I don't know why they have to do this. We already know after one month. But it's been on for two years. They " re just scaring us more every time it's on. That's what the terrorists want us to do.
Plus we also have to write reports about 9/11 every year like this one. But I like this idea. The president is doing things for schools so that us "the people" know that he is a good guy. I cloud read a book infront of a class but he does it so people know that he's doing something for our country.
