Requirements Of An Illegal Substance Test example essay topic
For this reason, no one should be made to take an illegal substance test. Many people are overlooked by their outer appearance or social standards, from what is generally thought or believed. Throughout life most people pass judgment on other people. Is there a reason or is this a natural instinct.
No person really knows the true answer, unless it is an opinion. This is another determination of who is required to take an illegal substance test. A person who does not dress in what is thought to be a "normal attire" may also be discriminated against because of what they choose to wear. Among all people there are students who are also given rights, as well as freedom.
Rights are given and used as a twenty - four hour purpose. By this, students are allowed or should be allowed to use their rights at any time, whether they are attending school or if they are at home. Factors such as age should not be considered as to who or what person gets what right. There should be no factors that determine how often you can use a right. Adults, as well as, students should have the right to refuse to take an illegal substance test if there is no evidence of any use. To command students who participate in school activities to take an illegal substance test may be considered discrimination.
This may be thought as a punishment of some sort for participating in extracurricular activities. If all students are required to take an illegal substance test, no discrimination will be involved. This will avoid any negative confrontation for wrongly making false accusations or an attempt to discriminate against any students. There are many questions that can be answered in this type of problem. All students represent a school as a whole or like a team. Everyone in the learning facility determines what or how the school may be like.
As a natural instinct, people may develop a belief because of an observation. A student that is not active with the school activities will or may affect the whole school if they create a problem. If a student that does participate in extracurricular activities will also affect the school if he or she decide to create a problem. In both situations, the schools will still be a penalized as well as the students involved in the situation. No person should be commanded to do anything if they do not feel it is right, this may go against there morals.
I believe that if all students are not required to take an illegal substance test then no person should be required. In my belief, this is discrimination to anyone that does choose to participate in extracurricular activities. Students volunteer to participate in extracurricular activities for two common reasons. Most students feel that they would like to represent there school in a positive way, which means to participate. Others like to participate in that specific subject, etc., because they know and love that activity. Factors, such as appearance, do go along with how a decision is made, because of observation.
