Why wasnt a different sport or activity eliminated than the activity I love soccer. Getting rid of and activity is like making a crime. It would hurt a lot of people and it would take a something that people love to do. Soccer is a popular sport played all over the world. Even though past 30 to 40 years it has been a long time originating place for England where it first started as a game of involving kicking and handling a ball. Later it branched to rugby and football what the English call soccer.
IN the later 19th century it spread all over the Eur poe, but the United States ws on the most relented and implement soccer as a national sport. Over the years played the sport had a few rules which are still used today. The game of soccer had a simple goal, kick or head the ball into the goal of your opp ents team. Basically, there was one simple rul: No one except the goal keeper was to the touch or use to ball with they " re hands to play the ball. It included eleven member of each team to defend their side of the field and prevent the ball from getting ino the goal, which results in a point scored by the kicking team or the opment. Soccer ws played everyday in forming countries unlike United States which had other that were more popular sports than soccer.
United states has more interesting sports than other conutires. For instance football which is played a lot by poeple is a popular sport. Has different rules to follow which are not that simple to learn or understand for some people because they are not familia with the sport. Even if they from a different country, they would have a hard time with the language, but soccer would be easier for them to play because they know the concept of the game and the rules are same all over the world.
