He made this statue to show the people who David, the Old Testament hero who defeated Goliath, actually was. It is so popular and priceless that it would be amazing just to see it in a museum. David is such a breathtaking statue, that it brings all emotions out of people just by laying their eyes on it. To the extreme art lovers, this masterful work of art would be the highlight of their life to see. It is praised as one of the greatest pieces of art ever made along with its creator, Michelangelo. If I could buy this work of art, I most likely wouldn't buy it. I probably wouldn't buy it, because I would feel uncomfortable with a statue of a naked man in my home.

It would seem a bit queer ish for a man, who isn't a huge art lover, to have a statue of a naked man in their home. On the other hand, if I were a huge art lover, I probably would buy it. It is one of the finest works of art ever, and to own it would be great in itself. To own such a statue would be an honor for an art lover, but it would feel a bit strange for me to own it. Michelangelo's David is without a doubt, one, if not thee, of the greatest masterpieces ever known to man. It is a beautiful work of art.
