How did the conflict happen? The school headmaster had assigned to me the task of preparing a time table for the training schedule for my school's inter-school English quiz competition team. He had reminded me several times that I must prepare a good time table so that all the training sessions could be carry out smoothly. I will be totally free during the year-end's holiday. My lady colleague will take over the job assigned to me during the holiday - she will come to school to train the school public speaking team. My colleague also got what she requested for. She will only comes 5 times for the quiz training. She does not have to prepare for the questions and exercises. She will have plenty of time looking after her new-born baby!

However, she has to come to the school during the school holiday to train the school public speaking team. She is willing to do so since she will not go any way during the holiday.
