Training Time example essay topic

314 words
In the world today, lots of women go out to work after having children. It causes a company which employs them many problems and difficulties. However, some women have to quit working because of their responsibility of looking after children. So there is a question about: "Should married woman with children be discouraged from going out to work?

". Firstly, there are many different points of view about this statement. Certainly, all companies which have large amount of female staffs (or workers) support it. If one of their staffs quit working, they will have to find someone replacing, then train them in a period of time and all process will not work fluently during the training time. On the other hand, women (which have children) often choose going out to work, at least for several years because they want to spend time to look after and bring up their children. It will be quite hard if they work and attend to do family affair together.

Their husband will agree with them as well. People argue about this statement, but what they don't realize is: if people go out to work, they will earn no money. Therefore it may cause some financial problems. Why don't they ask parents for help in looking after children or send them to the nursery school. Let's take an example: my sister in law started working six months after giving birth to her son, let my parents looked after him. My mum& dad were really interested in this job, especially when they both retired.

In conclusion, I would suggest that we are living in a democratic social, so let women decide their futures after having children. The wrong choice can affect their family seriously, so they have to consider carefully before making decisions.
