Introduction. It was interesting working on the 3 leadership cases under change in working condition. As it is said "Not every one is born to be a team leader. But most people can learn the skills it takes to become one". The fun part was the cases brought international culture in the discussion and this group has people from form different culture that made the discussion more interesting.

The example from different sectors and couple of country made the discussion points more clear and helped in understanding the concept of culture affecting leadership in organization.
