The Black Plague In the 1330 a deadly plague occurred in China. Since China was one of the busiest of the largest Trading countries at the time, it was only a matter of time before the Plague in China spread to Europe. Left over meals was thrown onto the ground for the animals, also feeding rats and flees. This gave fleas a breeding ground. The plague mainly affects rodents, but fleas can transmit the disease to people. The plague struck Europe in 1346 through 1350.

The plague had three forms the bubonic plague, Pneumatic plague, Septicemia plague. The victims of plague usually suffer from high fevers and swellings under the armpits or in the groin area. Victims would also cough blood, and then their own bodies would make a foul odor. So after this the swelling of the under the armpits and the groin area burst and then death because at this point their was no chance in saving you. This plague killed entire families and destroyed villages.

Pneumatic plague attacked the respiratory system and was spread by breathing. Septicemia plague attacked the blood system. People would avoid their friends, family because they fear that they would get the plague, even worse mothers and father would avoid their own kids if the had the plague. These pits are breeding ground for fleas that well suck all blood from your body.
