Abstract Thinking or Critical thinking is a process of analyzing information and evaluate it and determine a best course of action based on reasoning. It could be analyzing any give problem, situation and / or circumstance and think out of the box and understand it from various different prospective and respond accordingly. Thinking is an ongoing process, which will have positive effect only if we practice it on regular basic. Sometimes it take months or year to see a really change or benefit from it.

CRITICAL THINKING There are various elements of critical thinking and different levels to measure thinking skill or progress. There are many recommended approaches we can use to improve our thinking. Here are few considerations: "h Utilizing time: Instead of wasting time in other non productive activities we can use the time to set you long term and short term goals. Think what you did during the day and how what are other different ways to improve it. "h Solving problems: The are always problems in life whether work or home, what matter is how we face & handle them. Delaying is not a solution, involve yourself in a thinking process and try to analyze one problem at a time. How did the problem started?

What is the root cause? Make sure you have gather all the necessary related information and understood the available option and there advantage and disadvantages. You may use visual aid; analogies & metaphor to better explain you point. "h Reshaping Character: Try uncover your personality, do you admit when you do something wrong?

There could advantages & disadvantages Once you start using these techniques, depending on how they are used and practiced is based up on which phase / level we are in Unreflective, Challenged, Beginning, Practicing, Advanced or Master Thinker. So there is always a room for improvement and advance in to the next phase but remember the key is the practice.
